This web page describes the privacy policy guidelines regarding the collection and use of personal or corporate information that you provide to LotWorks. Your right to privacy is very important, and our policy is in place to protect your personal information. We recognize that when you choose to provide us with information about yourself, you trust us to act in a responsible manner.

We collect only that information that we need in order to maintain a high level of service to you. • Personally-identifiable information may be processed for us by outside vendors, who are obligated to keep such information confidential

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) to run this site, understand how it is used, and measure our marketing. A cookie is a small file your browser stores so the site can remember things between visits.

Cookies on this site fall into these categories:

• Google LLC — Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads, used for analytics and advertising measurement.
• Catch Digital Inc. — our web and marketing agency, which operates the site's cookie consent service and campaign attribution on our behalf.

Some of these providers process information in the United States. Where we transfer information outside Canada, we take steps to ensure it receives comparable protection.

We use the information you provide through forms to respond to your inquiry, book and prepare your demo, provide a price estimate, and follow up about our products. We may use the information provided by cookies and IP addresses to analyze trends, administer our sites, and measure and refine our marketing.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it or stop contacting you, using the contact details below. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows.

Our sites contain links to other web sites belonging to clients and other sites of interest to our users. LotWorks does not control the privacy practices of these other sites.
