Is LotWorks Software-as-a-Service?

It’s certainly all that’s good about SaaS. You don’t have to invest time or money in expensive hardware. You don’t have to pay an in-house IT staff (or break your R&D budget) just to maintain your software. You and your customers can access it from anywhere, with any device, through a secure website.

But we don't like calling LotWorks Software-as-a-Service because that would imply all our clients use the same out-of-the-box version. The fact is, LotWorks is not a product so much as a versatile, configurable platform for managing your lot inventory that is customized to meet your needs. From one market to the next, our clients do business differently, and they are constantly pushing us for new features that would help them do their jobs better. In fact, we consider every client a partner in this process.
